During March I am also offering teacher training
in my newly developed '12 Steps to Fitness' Program used by Bollywood and Hollywood
actors and stunts teams! This can be utilised for personal training, in gyms or as
a part of a Martial Arts class.

Morocco holidays........
• 5 days of tuition - 15 hours of Tai Chi with
• Glen Pelham-Mather or....
10 hours of tuition in oriental/ belly dance with Katie Holland for beginners to intermediate level.
All dance classes accompanied by a live drummer.
5 hours of introduction to Moroccan dance with Mouna Eddrou and Meknesia dancers plus oriental and North African rhythm and percussion master classes with Simon Webster
Half board (breakfast and a buffet lunch) with traditional Moroccan gastronomy cuisine prepared by a professional chef in the Riad
including vegetarian meals with the option of evening meals upon reservation (3 courses for £18).
• Tour of the medina and “souks” with a specialist guide for the Ultimate Moroccan shopping experience and visiting the various areas where musical instruments, wooden and metal furniture and exquisite gold and silver jewellery are made.
• A “sherki” evening at the Riad with a belly dance orchestra at your disposal.
• Plus lots of free time to relax and explore.

• All inclusive Tours to explore the amazing sites of Meknes and the surrounding area including the extraordinary Roman town of “Volubilis” and the magnificent Holy town of “Moulay Idriss”
• Evenings out to live traditional shows in Meknes.
• Afternoon in a “hamman”(traditional wood heated steam baths), with massage and natural body therapies
•A traditional “Henna” tattoo evening at the Riad with a henna artist and a traditional “M’Helma” band of women musicians. You will be able to have a tattoo painted onto you which fades after about six weeks.
•Traditional Moroccan cookery classes that we can fit around the Tai Chi/dance/drumming workshops.
•Individual music lessons
We can meet you at Meknes station or Fez airport to bring you to the riad at no extra
cost.
