During March I am also offering teacher training in my newly developed '12 Steps to Fitness' Program used by Bollywood and Hollywood actors and stunts teams! This can be utilised for personal training, in gyms or as a part of a Martial Arts class.
 

12 STEPS TO FITNESS - Training for increased power, strength, speed, endurance and cardio

Course covers:- Safe warm-up, Footwork, Hand & Feet drills, Pad work, Pyramid circuit, Applications, Sparring (optional) Cool down


This is an intensive course that involves physical contact with other participants. This course is highly recommended for anyone interested in the Martial aspect and those wishing to build a stronger body and mind. This training can be used for Full Contact sparring. Students WILL NOT however be forced into partner work that they do not feel comfortable with.
Duration 2 hours

 

 

Level 1 - 2day or 5 day course - Suitable for men & women of any age - Beginners welcome -

Learn and understand the basic history, principles and theory of Yang Style Tai Chi - On this course you will learn a set of Qi Kung exercises and the first movements of the Yang Style Slow Form Acquire a truly rewarding life skill with a course that provides the foundations in this transformational practise.

Duration 10 hours

 

Level 2 - 2day or 5 day course -

Continue your training in Yang Style Tai Chi Form and Qi Kung and add Two Person sensitivity exercises and basic Push Hands training.We shall also explore the martial applications of the form, taking form to function.

Duration 10 hours

Pushing Hands
Learn the sensitivity exercises to increase your awareness, posture and balance. This course will look at the softer side of Pushing Hands with the focus being on development of our internal Qi.
Duration 3 hours
